We had a nice exxperience celebrating my son's birthday with my family. The mexican restaurant had style and a party atmosphere with its flare fire lighting and tequila bar and margaritas menu selections. There were many choices of mexican food entrees and our menu selections were all delicious.

Been coming to del fuego a few years now.The margaritas are the best I have had All made with fresh ingredients and the food is very tasty and the portions are perfect!!

This place caters to certain folks that like to drink and party at night and that's fine. Has those marg in Cabo vibes lol. So going for lunch during the middle of the week is quiet and really gives you an opportunity to actually eat the food. They have chips with salsa that they serve the table with which we're fantastic - literally finished the whole thing myself lol. I ordered a burrito with Mexican chorizo and a side of rice and beans. Staff was super attentive and gave me a pitcher of water to serve myself. The whole meal could've made it a five star place but the flavor of that chorizo in that burrito was not it. Something about it was a little off putting - there was something sweet in it I think that I wasn't expecting and I couldn't finish it. Ate through about half of it (it was a pretty big burrito) and gave up (no doggie bag since i just didn't like the flavor profile). Maybe chorizo is a little too out of their wheel house? I'll come back again and pick another protein since everything else was great.

Updating my review from 4 years ago! Still never had a bad meal here- consistently delicious house margs, flavorful burritos, tacos, salads, guac and homemade salsa. Tried the fiesta taco box tonight with chicken and pork and it was a hit. So much food is given for such a great price. It would feed 4-6 easily. Huge shoutout to KYLE who took my order and even brought it out to me while my daughter was sleeping in the car. He went above and beyond. Always a fave spot of ours.
